Promotional Assimilation

In connection with the MWIG investment decision, on March  15, 2019, we entered into the Resources Agreement with Mark Wahlberg, a member of our board including directors and an investor located in MWIG, pursuant to which Mr..   Wahlberg has opted for provide certain promotional company to us.
